Many folks keep the gate to their back garden locked, a wise precaution in today's world. But this can cause a problem for your window cleaner.
In view of this, a service that is available to all our customers is that of notification before I am due to clean your windows. This can be via a Phone call, a Text, or an Email, all on the day or evening prior to the day of cleaning.
This allows you notice so that you can leave your gate unlocked, and then I will try to call in the morning-time and then, if possible and if requested, I can re-lock the gate as I leave, thus keeping your property as safe as possible while still allowing me to clean your windows.
Some customers also take this opportunity to leave payment in a pre-arranged "hiding place" for convenience and in order to save on postage too.
